Chemistry

Please note that the math placement exam is also used to determine the appropriate chemistry course placement.

If your major is Applied Economics or Agricultural Food and Business Management, no chemistry is required for the major.

Transfer students

  • Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management
  • Fisheries, Wildlife and Conservation Biology
  • Food Science
  • Forest and Natural Resource Management
  • Nutrition
  • Plant Science
  • Pre-Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering

If your major is Agricultural Education or Agricultural Communication & Marketing, the equivalent to Introductory Chemistry (1015/17) is required for admission and no further Chemistry is needed for the major.

If your major is Applied Economics or Agricultural Food and Business Management, no Chemistry is required for the major.
